The Signature dishes are truly amazing. There are some untraditional offers like Steamed Fish Head with Chopped Chili, and Pork Intestine in Chili Pepper. Or Sauteed Frogs with Green Chili. Yet, they are superb, so you should definitely try them. You’ll really enjoy them, and it will make a great story.
This type of food is characterized by its dry spicy flavour and also cured/smoked ingredients. Unfortunately, one of my friends who I went with doesn’t have a high spice tolerance, so we did not order that many spicy dishes. It was still an incredible meal. But I need to pay another visit to experience the true flavours.
The food here is super flavorful & authentic! I stopped by for a late night take-out order after work, and the staff was very nice and the food was ready extremely quickly. They recommended the farm house pork, shredded pork with garlic sauce, and Dan Dan noodles. They were all excellent, even after a 30 min commute to home! Pleasantly surprised to have found this gem near Fairhope, will definitely become a regular :)
